The worst attention, and 1 hour waiting
Called to make a appointment the rudest receptionist ever. Sounded like she hates her job, I wanted to make an appointment to come in and she told me 45 minutes before closing that I had to call my insurance to make them my primary dentist and that I should call back tomorrow because they were closing soon. Seriously 45 minutes . Lazy people ! Now I will not go there ever .
Horrific they broke my tooth
Gave me the run around for weeks. Went to see and ENT doc and she told me I had a well developed infection. Which she could see by my tooth which means I'm sure my dentist did also and never did anything to help me. Just kept sending me away. Why got to school for this job if you're going to do that to people. Avoid this place. Avoid Dr. Glassman because I truly believe he's taking people and sending them away just to collect their insurance money.
